Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification on any aspect of this process. We are here to support you every step of the way, and we look forward to creating a successful project together.
Step 1
|
PRe Construction
At Capstone Builders Inc., we believe that a successful project starts with thorough planning.
After meeting to discuss our vision, needs, and budget, the next step is to sign a Pre-Construction Agreement, if you choose to move forward with our company. At this point, we can begin the first steps towards your project: Design, Feasibility, and Pricing.
Preconstruction Agreement deliverables:
- Finalized plan set for submittal
- Finalized preconstruction schedule
- Detailed cost estimate
- Scope of work and product selections
- Project submittal to local permitting governing authority
|
Step 2
|
Design Phase
Our team will collaborate with you to create detailed construction plans, a scope of work, and select all the materials for your project. Simultaneously we are creating a project timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
|
Step 3
|
Pricing and Permitting
During this time, we secure pricing from our trade partners and vendors. Once pricing has been finalized, you will receive a price proposal and upon acceptance of the proposal we will sign a construction contract and finalize the project schedule. Simultaneously we are working with the local Municipality to obtain all the required approvals and permits.
|
Step 4
|
Construction
With the contract signed and the schedule locked in, we dive into the construction phase! Throughout the process, we maintain open communication to keep you informed and involved.
|
Step 5
|
Post Construction
With the construction complete, we transition into the post-construction phase. We stand by our work with a one-year warranty, giving you peace of mind.

At Capstone Builders Inc., our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction doesn’t end when the project does. We’re here to ensure you enjoy your new space for years to come.
